As an FTD affiliated florist we are able to send and receive orders anywhere whether it is provincially, nationally or internationally. This means that friends and family who live anywhere in the world will be able to receive flowers on any occasion from you. When you visit our site or come into the store, we have many samples of our in-house and FTD designs to show you and will be able to advise you on all the necessary information you may want to know to ensure that your loved one is receiving the item you think they would enjoy.
Some Key Points to Keep in Mind for National & International Orders:
Time Zone Differences - We have wired orders as far away as Australia, which is 14 hours ahead of us. This means that if you would like an order to be sent during business hours Down Under, we should receive the order no later than 48 hours, weekends and national holidays are also factors to consider for international orders.
Currency Exchanges & Applicable Taxes - Depending on where the order is being sent, we will have to factor in currency exchanges and any applicable taxes that may apply.
Product Availability - Depending on the season in the time zone where the arrangement is being sent, some flowers may not be available, or they may be pricier. One of our associates will be able to advise you to make sure that you are well informed of what may be substituted so that your dollars are being maximized.
Relay & Delivery Fees - We collect the relay & delivery fees up front on behalf of the filling florist. For national orders this is in the range of approximately $20, for international orders it is in the range of $35-$45.
